Plans
Society Plan 1 – Visitation with Cremation Rite
Includes professional and cremation services, a poplar rental casket, preparation and embalming of remains, and the use of our chapel for service or visitation.
Fee: $6,400
Society Plan 2 – Memorial Cremation Service
Includes professional and cremation services, as well as a memorial service at our facility.
Fee: $3,900
Society Plan 3 – Immediate Cremation (Chicago Hospital inpatient death)
Includes professional and cremation services. Other Chicago, Cook, DuPage and Lake County deaths an additional $200. Kane, Will and McHenry County deaths an additional $350.
